Michael Knapp – Author and Founder
Fixed Operations Expert Trainer & Consultant
With over 30 years experience in the automobile industry, specifically Fixed Operations, Mike is considered a subject matter expert and has traveled all over the United States and has helped hundreds of dealers develop, implement, and improve their processes to increase profits, improve customer satisfaction and retention. His passion for the business is second to none and he is always looking for a better way. His true passion is paying it forward with training, educating, coaching and mentorship. His no-nonsense approach can be used in any industry. Most importantly, he is a consumer. He tries to understand why things are instead of how they should be with an open mind and an open heart.

Christine Knapp – “Boss Lady”
Behind every man is a great woman. Michael and Christine have been together for over 30 years. She is his rock. No matter what, she always believed in him and always had his back. She made him who he is and her undaunted dedication and support drove him to success. Besides raising two wonderful sons who became great men, Christine manages the day to day operations of the LLC. She has also worked as a Customer Service Coordinator for the Parks and Recreation Department for the City of Wellington Florida and has over 20 years in the customer service industry. Her hardest job is keeping Mike in line.

Jerry Knapp - Account Manager

Jerry currently attends Florida Atlantic University as a Junior majoring in Psychology on an academic scholarship. He is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and participates in community outreach. He graduated with honors from Park Vista High School in 2018 with a dual enrollment as a student at Palm Beach State College. While attending Park Vista, he was on the varsity volleyball team and a member of the Math Honor Society. He is an active member in his community and church and wants to make a difference in the world. 

Mike Knapp - Marketing & Sales Manager

Mike is currently an Air Force member and part of the 555 Red Horse Squadron at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV. He is a Thunderbird alumni with over eight years of service under his belt. He is currently working on a Psychology degree at UNLV. Mike is also part of the ROTC program and aspires to be an Air Force Fighter Pilot once he graduates. He takes pride in serving his country and mentoring younger Airmen. Mike has a dedication to duty and lives everyday in hopes of making other people smile!

Madonna Hakim - Website Developer

Madonna is currently a school teacher in Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from UNLV with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and just completed her Masters Degree in Children Literacy at UNR. She has a passion for teaching and being creative! Madonna aspires to challenge young minds, develop a love for learning in her students and inspires them to always chase their dreams. She has single-handedly developed her school website and is expanding her creative skills to other areas. She hopes to one day make a big difference for the greater good in education!
